Logging In

Configuration Console - First Access

You will have received an email from noreply@cxengage.net that contains your username and a link. Use this link for first time access and to set up your password.

The link within the invitation email is valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will no longer be able to use the link and a new one will need to be generated for you. Invitation acceptance is only required for users using CxEngage credentials for authentication. Users logging in using Single Sign On (SSO) aren't required to accept an invitation.

Configuration Console - Subsequent Access

After initial login and password set up , the configuration console can be accessed at https://cxengage.net if your tenant is configured for the North America region, or https://eu-cxengage.net if your tenant is configured for the European region. See CxEngage Regions for more information.

To log in with CxEngage credentials:

  1. Enter your Username.
  2. Enter your Password.
  3. Click Submit.
A successful login brings you to the User Management window.

To log in with single sign-on (SSO):

  1. Click Single Single-On.
  2. Enter your Username.

    This is the email address.

  3. Click Login.

A window to your identity provider opens to validate your email address and to authenticate with your identity provider. When validation is complete, the window closes. A successful login brings you to the User Management window for your default tenant.

  • If you can't log in, you might not have a default Presence Reason list for your tenant or you aren't assigned a list. If this is the case, an error message is shown indicating that you need a Presence Reason list. If you see the error message, please contact your administrator.
  • If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to allow the page to use your microphone by clicking the "Allow" button in the notification menu advising "Use your microphone". The microphone access is needed in order for the application to function correctly.
